Adele Wolstenhulme, a clinical psycho-neuro-immunology practitioner and nutrition consultant has just launched a company called BodyScan 360 with Dr. Lucia Batty, who is Director of Wellbeing Medicine and a clinical lead consultant at the Occupational Health and Wellbeing Department at a leading London-based teaching hospital. She is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians in London, a Fellow of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine and a certified Lifestyle Medicine physician.
Because they are both hugely passionate about Wellbeing and Preventative healthcare, they were fed-up treating patients for chronic health conditions that could have been easily avoided with early detection and preventative action.
How big an issue is this? Some depressing facts:

- Obesity, high BMI, and type 2 Diabetes double every 10-15 years
- 100 million diabetics worldwide in 1982 have increased to 400 million in 2020

To address these issues, BodyScan360, supported by The Hayward Partnership, will be bringing a range of preventative health and wellbeing solutions to the global market during 2021.
The first of these is a rapid lateral-flow testing solution which facilitates a safe return to the workplace once Covid19 restrictions are lifted. It’s one of the fastest, most sensitive, easy to administer, fully accredited and cost-effective screening solutions on the market.
Second, in the process of being finalised, is a travel solution which meets the stringent gold standards required to enable authorised safe travel.
Finally, the finishing touches are being applied to a high-tech, fully comprehensive medical health audit and holistic improvement programme that will be affordable for everyone. This is aimed to be launched during quarter 3 of 2021.
