PRBG actively engage with HS2 on works in the area to help minimise disruption to businesses — and keep our members informed on works in the pipeline.
We are calling on HS2, OPDC and the local boroughs to put in place a strategy to more actively manage road network capacity in Park Royal — prioritising commercial traffic and reducing through traffic.
We are actively supporting the introduction of commercial CPZs in Park Royal to better manage limited car parking capacity.
We work closely with organisations such as SusTrans to encourage sustainable means of transport; and we engage with TfL to improve bus services.
In 2021/2 we piloted free E Vans over a two year period.
PRBG helps our members find solutions to securing the right staff in a tight and volatile labour market. We have members such as Indeed Flex and Response Recruitment who are on hand to help you directly, along with our partners.
The Forge @ Park Royal provides a free skills and employment service to Park Royal businesses.
We are hosted by West London Business which published the West London Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) in August 2023 with local partners. PRBG is also involved with numerous related skills hubs currently in development including a Food and Drink Manufacturing Skills Hub and Retail Skills Hub.
PRBG has engaged WSP — with financial support from SEGRO, CBRE and OPDC — to support our collective engagement with SSE, UKPN and iDNOs to secure the investment that is needed in Park Royal’s local grid.
PRBG are supportive of OPDC’s work to introduce an extensive heat network across Old Oak and Park Royal.
We are partners in Park Royal Net Zero which is supporting the Food and Drink Manufacturing Sector’s transition to net zero, and Green Business Action supports businesses across the wider estate needing support.

PRBG is in early-stage discussions with partners regarding the potential for a Business Improvement District (BID) in the North Acton area. This concept will be tested with a Feasibility Study in Autumn 2024.
With support from the HS2 BLEF fund in 2023/24 new guidelines were produced for the Park Royal brand and we launched the ParkRoyal.Estate website.
PRBG worked successfully with OPDC, Openreach and ITS to get super fast, affordable broadband infrastructure in the area.
In Autumn 2024 we are partnering with Cerberus and ITS Technology to support the Faster Britain Roadshow.
We also encourage our members to invest in IT services that leverage this connectivity to improve their companies’ productivity, drawing on advice from initiatives such as Be The Business.
PRBG enjoys excellent working relationships with the local police and fire services in Park Royal.
