Meet the Contractor 2020 is going to be a fully virtual event. Meet the Contractor is first and foremost an event that aims to provide relevant potential suppliers with an opportunity to Meet our Tier 1 Joint Venture Contractors regarding their upcoming 2021 and 2022 procurements. However, given the fact this event will now be delivered virtually HS2 are able to open up the webinars that will be taking place from Monday 23rd November to Wednesday 25th November to all who wish to attend to learn more about HS2 in the wider context and see what we are doing across the project.
Potential suppliers will also have the opportunity to register their interest in virtual 1-to-1 meetings with the relevant JVs (who are looking to procure their organisation’s capability) on Thursday 26th November 2020.
We believe this is important to ensure that the overarching HS2 programme is outlined, to reaffirm the vision and values that HS2 prioritise every day and to showcase some of the great work that the HS2 family are delivering as the largest Infrastructure project being delivered in Europe.
Confirmation of your attendance will be issued in due course however please note the webinars that you have requested to attend and set yourself a placeholder to ensure you remain available to attend the sessions before confirmation is issued to you. If you wish to attend more sessions (having completed the registration), you will be able to do so through the event platform in the run-up to the 23rd November.

Please note that registration for the 1-to-1 meetings closes on 4th November 2020. You can still sign up to the webinars following this date in the run-up to the event and throughout the week (through the event platform that will be shared with you in due course).
