Day to day he is tasked with liaising with DP’s, crews, and productions, troubleshooting issues and helping people reach their creative goals. Panavision are known for providing service and support from prep to post, equipping productions all around the world.

After more than a decade Leading Product design & development in the AdTech sector, he felt compelled to move back into physical product design and creation. Seeing a tough landscape for makers and artists, high set up costs and scarcely available affordable space, Alex set up POW, to help bring down some of these barriers and give people the space and tools to learn, ideate and create.

Their products are used in Live events, (ED Sheeran, Metallica, Adele) and cinema supplying companies like ILM/Disney for Star Wars the Mandalorian and recent hits including Barbie. They are a recipient of the Queens Award for Export Excellence and most recently a Science and Technology Emmy for their SX40 processor and the AV Award for best Manufacturer 2023.
